I am very impressed with stardoll's customer service. In the past I have found that they use generic reply's and were generally very difficult to talk to but recently that have been reply quickly and responding to my requests.
Most of my clubs have their images rejects but as soon as I contacted stardoll and included my username they fixed it quick! I was amazed!
I think this is perhaps because I included my username.
